Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and delivery method.
- Free standard delivery is offered on orders over £1000.
Delivery Timeframes
- Bespoke jewellery requires time for crafting. Production timelines will be confirmed at the time of order, typically ranging from 3-6 weeks.
- Once dispatched, standard delivery within the UK typically takes 1-2 working days.
- Next-day delivery options are available for an additional fee.
Tracking Your Order

Delivery Conditions
- Orders must be signed for upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
- If no one is available to receive the package, the courier will provide instructions for redelivery or collection.
Responsibility
- We take great care to package our jewellery securely. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage.
- Risk of loss or damage to your jewellery passes to you upon delivery.

General Returns Information
As a bespoke jewellery provider, most of our items are custom-made to your specifications. As such, returns or exchanges are only accepted under specific conditions outlined below.
Non-Returnable Items
- Bespoke and personalised items, including custom designs, are non-returnable unless they are faulty or not as described.
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
- Proof of purchase and photographs of the issue will be required.
How to Return a Faulty Item

- Package the item securely, including all original documentation and packaging.
- Send the item using a tracked and insured delivery method to the return address provided by our team.
Note: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Retain your proof of postage until the return is processed.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Repairs
- Repairs for wear and tear or accidental damage are not covered under our returns policy. We offer a repair service for a fee; contact us for a quote.
