These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of bespoke jewellery (“Products”) by Raymond Adams Collection. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Orders and Customisation
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Bespoke items are made-to-order, and designs will be agreed upon before production begins. Changes to designs after confirmation may incur additional charges.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required for custom orders.
Pricing and Payment
- Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept payments through major credit/debit cards and secure payment gateways.
Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order but may vary due to bespoke nature.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
- Delivery costs will be displayed at checkout and added to your total order price.
