These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of bespoke jewellery (“Products”) by Raymond Adams Collection. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

 Orders and Customisation

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Bespoke items are made-to-order, and designs will be agreed upon before production begins. Changes to designs after confirmation may incur additional charges.
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required for custom orders.

 

 Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payments through major credit/debit cards and secure payment gateways.

 

 Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order but may vary due to bespoke nature.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
